Privacy policy
Updated September 2026
Short version: making a sticker happens on your device. We don’t upload your photos to a server to turn them into stickers, we don’t run accounts on this website, and we don’t sell data. The details are below.
Your images
When you use the tools on this website, the resizing, cropping and encoding run in your browser. Your source photos are not sent to us to be processed.
There are three deliberate exceptions, and each is opt-in by using that specific feature:
- Phone → computer transfer. If you use the hand-off station to move a finished pack to a computer, those files are stored temporarily so the other device can pick them up. The pickup code works for 24 hours; when it expires the files are deleted automatically, usually within minutes.
- Telegram packs. Creating a Telegram pack means the finished stickers are sent to Telegram’s own Bot API to register the pack under your Telegram account. That is how Telegram stickers work; those images go to Telegram, governed by Telegram’s privacy policy. To connect your Telegram account on this site, we keep your Telegram user ID, first name and username for at most one hour, then delete them automatically.
- Share links. If you create a share link, the finished stickers are uploaded so that anyone you send the link to can see them. The link works for 30 days; when it expires the images are deleted automatically, usually within minutes. The link is unlisted and search engines are told not to index it, but anyone who has it can open it — so treat it as public. A share link for a Telegram pack is different: it stores only the pack’s name and a link to Telegram, never your images.
The sticker tools themselves also keep nothing in your browser: no cookies, no local storage, no offline database. Closing the tab leaves nothing behind. (Ads are separate — see below.)
Third parties
- Abuse protection: to stop pickup codes being guessed, we count failed attempts per IP address over a 10-minute window; the record is deleted shortly after the window ends.
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
- Advertising: the sticker-spec and help pages, and the bottom of Sticker Stories articles, may show Google AdSense ads. The sticker tools, the phone-to-computer transfer and shared sticker pages never carry ads. AdSense may use cookies. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Google’s consent message asks for your choice before any personalised ads are shown, and a “Privacy and cookie settings” link on those pages lets you change it later. Elsewhere you can manage ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings.
- Analytics: the site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that counts page views without cookies and never touches your image content.
What we don’t do
- No accounts, logins or profiles on this website.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No tracking of what’s in your images.
The apps
The StickerVibe and TgStickerVibe mobile apps have their own privacy policy covering app-specific data such as purchases and subscriptions, shown in the app and on their store listings. This policy covers the website.
