Make a Telegram sticker pack
Done in browser
The one platform that finishes in the browser. Two ways to do it — the difference is who owns the finished pack.
Option A — publish from here
- Add photos
- Pick an emoji for each
- Connect Telegram
- Publish
Add at least one photo, give each an emoji, name the pack, and connect Telegram.
Option B — a pack on your own account
Same images, prepared here, then handed to Telegram’s official @Stickers bot. A few more taps, but the pack belongs to your account and the link carries no bot suffix.
Moving pictures keep their motion here — up to 90 frames as WebM.
Build it in @Stickers
- Open @Stickers and send
/newpack. The bot asks for a name — that is the title people see. - Send each image as a file. Use the paperclip → File; sending it as a photo makes Telegram compress it and throw away the transparency.
- Send one emoji after each sticker. Telegram suggests no more than two per sticker.
- Send
/publish, then pick the pack icon. Last, the bot asks for a short name — that becomes the t.me link.
Moving stickers download as .webm. They go in a video pack: send /newvideo instead of /newpack, then follow the same steps. Keep still and moving stickers in separate packs.
Opens the Telegram app if you have it, otherwise Telegram Web. The files above stay on this page — share or download them first.
