Why packs get rejected
Most failures aren’t about the picture — they’re a file that’s a few KB over the cap, a GIF where an app only takes APNG, or an “animated” export that’s really a single frame.
Why there’s no Viber converter
Viber has no open self-serve channel for publishing sticker packs — they go through Viber’s own partner process — so we don’t offer a converter for it here.
