Delete my data

You don’t need an account to use this website, so there’s very little tied to you in the first place. Here’s exactly what exists and how to remove it.

The website

• Your images: processed on your device and never uploaded to us for sticker-making, so there’s nothing on our side to delete.
• Phone → computer transfers: files you move between devices are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 24 hours. You can also close the transfer to remove them sooner.
• Server logs: our host keeps standard request logs (such as IP addresses) for a short period to run and protect the site. These aren’t tied to an identity by us.

The apps

For the StickerVibe and TgStickerVibe mobile apps, purchase and subscription records are held by Google Play, not by us. To remove app data or ask about purchase records, include the app name and the Google account email used.

How to request deletion

Email support@stikervibe.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us what you want removed (for example a specific transfer, or app data) and we’ll confirm once it’s done. You don’t need to create an account or log in to make this request.

What we keep

We may retain the minimum needed to meet legal or anti-abuse obligations — for example, records required for tax or fraud prevention around purchases. We don’t keep your images.
