A Discord emoji is 128×128 and up to 256 KB — not the same as a Discord sticker (320×320). This page makes the emoji; for stickers use the sticker page.

Add it to your server

Open Server Settings → Emoji and click Upload Emoji.
Pick the PNG you downloaded and give it a name.
You need the Manage Expressions permission. Animated emoji need a GIF and a boosted server or Nitro.
