The hard limits
These four columns — size, file weight, animation length and format — are the ones that actually get a pack rejected. Everything here matches what the app enforces.

What trips people up
- After you update an existing pack you must re-export it inside the app — it is not an automatic sync.
- A single shared image is “share a picture”, not “import a sticker pack”.
